How can I track my apparel or supplement order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for gym gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, supplements and opened accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products Australia-wide. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How do I sign up for a gym membership online?
You can join the Derrimut 24:7 community by selecting the 'Memberships' tab, choosing your preferred location and plan, and completing the secure checkout process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I pick up my order from a Derrimut 24:7 gym location?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service at checkout. Simply select your nearest gym location, and we will notify you via email when your items are ready for pickup.
